Three PDFs, Youtube, and a Printing update

Dearest Wolfriders, Elven Heroes, and everyone who looks up at the Two Moons,
We have just distributed the Example of Play, Reference Sheets, and Blank Character sheets PDFs via the digital downloads feature on BackerKit. Once you have logged onto your BackerKit account, they are available via the "Go To Page" in the upper right corner of your main screen. Just click on that and then select "Digital Downloads". These three PDF files should be available right at the top of the list. Our apologies for not making them available much earlier. During our "roll up a character" discord event we discovered that they were not available on BackerKit. Our apologies for that, as they were ready when we posted the last batch of filled in character sheets months ago.
Speaking of that discord event with David and Rick rolling up an ElfQuest character, it is now available on youtube:
As for the printing - the boxed set is still at the printers. The review process for color adjustments took longer than expected, which didn't help our timeline. We will have a warehouse shipping date shortly after the printing is finished, but we are still on track for backer shipments going out right before the end of this year.

Form Fillable Character Sheets available for download

Dearest Wolfriders, Elven Heroes, and everyone who looks up at the Two Moons,
We have just distributed all of the ElfQuest Character sheets via the digital downloads feature on BackerKit. Once you have logged onto your BackerKit account, they are available via the "Go To Page" in the upper right corner of your main screen. Just click on that and then select "Digital Downloads". Two Zip files should be available:
Original Character Sheets - all the ones in the original books (29 in total).
New Character Sheets - new ones created by the stretch goals (20 in total).
IF you catch anything on the sheets that you feel is significantly incorrect, please send that info to [email protected] and we will take a look. We realize that opinions on actual stats and skills can vary, and you are fee to update any of these sheets with different information for use in your campaign.
Blank character sheets are in a forthcoming update, probably within 2 weeks.

Dearest Wolfriders, Elven Heroes, and everyone who looks up at the Two Moons,
We're awaiting an update from our printers. We're still on track for delivering all the rewards later in 2025. When we know more, you'll know more.
Many thanks to all of the backers (approaching 95% of surveys completed) who have updated their details in BackerKit. It's still not too late if you haven't done so.
We've also started evaluating what new product for the ElfQuest RPG can be produced, as new material is long overdue. If you'd like to hear more about this, please see the discord invitation below:

Final Production notes and a bit about Tariffs

Dearest Wolfriders, Elven Heroes, and everyone who looks up at the Two Moons,
We have been working on the last few items needed to print the boxed set. Soon we'll have new PDFs and updated PDFs available on BackerKit in the digital downloads section. In particular that includes the GM screen and standee art, plus more form fillable character sheets. Thank you for helping with the error trapping of the initial release of the core book PDFs. Just finished recently was the box itself: This is the box top and sides:
Everyone still has a bit of time to submit any typos and such. You are most welcome to submit them via a dedicated email we have set up: [email protected]
While we had to pause starting the printing for a few weeks due to the tariff situation, we wanted to provide some information and reassurance to our backers. We have been monitoring the situation daily, and like you we are concerned about any price impacts such tariffs could cause. At this time, we do not anticipate any additional monies needing to be collected from backers of this project, but we cannot rule out the possibility. Here's a link to a recent statement we made about tariffs.
The shipping costs, which have not changed, are all that a handful of backers have yet to take care of in BackerKit by completing your survey.

With the imminent release of the 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of the classic ElfQuest RPG we want to invite you to the ElfQuest Fan Holt Discord Server. Head here to join: https://discord.gg/Hh5aahXa4h.
If you're not familiar with Discord, it's a social media platform designed for hosting multiple discussion threads - kind of like ye olde internet forums - and is uniquely positioned to serve as a gathering place to host RPG game sessions. Our server was originally created as an exclusive gathering space for backers of the ElfQuest Audio Movie Kickstarter (and you might already be a member if you backed that campaign), but we've given it a huge overhaul and are opening it up to make it the place on Discord for all ElfQuest fans.
We've got a lot of fun things planned for rolling out our revamped server to everyone over the course of 2025, and first on our list is supporting gameplay of the ElfQuest RPG. Several ElfQuest fans have shared their interest to serve as RPG GameMasters (let us know if you're interested too!) and we’re already planning some exclusive RPG-related content and events for veteran RPG enthusiasts and newbies alike.
When you join, you'll find multiple roles & channels dedicated to RPG gameplay and instructions on how to get started. Our excellent Mod Team is excited to help you, especially if you're brand new to Discord, so please reach out if you have any questions.
